In addition to its headquarters in Brescia at the Tre Torri Business Center, i-Pergola has a production, assembly, and warehouse facility in Erbè (VR), an agritech research and development center in Riolo Terme (RA), and an Open Innovation office in Piacenza.

Soave Energia Project was founded in 2008 as a design and implementation studio for renewable energy systems. In 2011, it developed the "e-parking" project and began designing and constructing functional, high-tech parking structures, offering models with unique design, trademarked and registered by Soave.
